4️⃣ Small fondant accents: If needed, I’d add tiny fondant details, like a unicorn horn on a whipped cream cake—just a fraction of the time.
5️⃣ Whipped cream designs: I started making popular designs using whipped cream instead of fondant. My customers LOVED it and started requesting these!
And guess what happened?
🚀 My orders skyrocketed. People came to me specifically because I could create custom, beautiful cakes without the hassle of fondant.
💰 I charged slightly less than fondant cakes but MORE than regular cakes, which meant higher profits for me.
⏳ I was making cakes faster and enjoying way more time for other things!
