As we step into a brand-new year, it’s natural to feel that pull to start fresh, finally make THIS year count- and get those consistent orders🥳....But let me ask you this:
Have you thought about how you’ll do things differently this time? What is actually going to change on a DAILY basis to accomplish this result?
For years, I started every new year with the same hopes… But without a clear plan or new perspective, I’d find myself stuck in the same patterns by February. Or maybe even the middle of January.
Here's why this happens:
Right now, I’ve got SO much on my plate- new things for my students, fun bonuses, gifts I can’t wait to share, updates to my website…the list goes on. 🙃
And guess what? I got overwhelmed. Completely froze. I felt like a headless chicken, running in circles without a strategy. I had SO much to say to you guys but ended up saying nothing in the first week of January!
Here’s what caused it:
👉 Overwhelm: Too many things, too little clarity.
👉 Perfectionism: Overthinking every little thing.
👉 Lack of direction: Not knowing where to start.

The truth is, I’ve seen some of you in the same boat—stuck in a restart-quit-restart loop.
And let me tell you, it is SO normal. Nobody is consistent 100% of the time.
But here’s the thing: life gets soooo much simpler when you have a re-centering button - a clear path that helps you focus, prioritize, and move forward with confidence.
So if you’re stuck, here are ⭐three tips to help you get back on track today⭐:
1️⃣ Start small. Instead of trying to post THE perfect reel, just post anything today. Set a timer, hit publish, and show up—even if it’s not flawless. Don’t forget to share on your stories or WhatsApp status. ANY post is better than no post!
2️⃣ Give yourself grace. Build breathers into your schedule—every day, week, and month. Honour your energy and capacity; consistency doesn’t mean burnout.

These small shifts can break the loop and create the momentum you need to move forward.
