The year I stopped launching new products (and how I got orders instead)

I want to tell you about the year I stopped launching new products entirely, Reader.

Because I did the math and it scared me. 😬

Every trending item I launched after a weekend full of testing something I saw getting ALLLL the attention on Instagram?

That is when I really understood it.

The small menu was never the problem. The depth was. You don’t build a loyal customer base by offering everything.
